Blueberry Strawberry Shake

1 cup raw spinach
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cup water

Enjoy!

Classic Green Smoothie

1 1/2 cups water
1 cup fresh spinach
1 frozen banana

blend!

Berry Salad

At work we have the most beautiful berries. I had to buy some and this is a little berry salad that I had for breakfast. It was very delicious! I wish berries were always in season.

Strawberry Banana Green Smoothie

Strawberry and bananas are a favorite combination of mine and this smoothie was no different!

1 1/2 cup water
3/4 cup slice fresh strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup fresh spinach

Blend and enjoy!

Green Smoothie

I’ve been having a lot of green smoothies for breakfast. Here’s a simple one that’s really good.

1 c. raw spinach

1 1/2 c. water

1 frozen banana

Blend and enjoy!

 

Quick and Easy Stir Fry

The other day I was super hungry and didn’t have much in the fridge, so I threw together this stir fry and it turned out delish!

stir fryIngredients:

cubed tofu

1/4 onion, chopped

3 green onions, sliced

3 small home grown bell peppers, chopped

1 package ramen noodles

Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 cup water

Fry the tofu by lightly spraying the pan with pam and stirring often. After it was lightly browned I added the other veggies and cooked them until they were nicely browned. While doing that cook and drain the ramen and mix up the sauce. Mix ingredients for the sauce well. Once the veggies and tofu are done, add the noodles and sauce. Cook for a couple more minutes while stirring. Enjoy!
