Quick & Easy Noodle Soup

The other day I made some noodle soup to try to relieve the cold that I’m still getting over. It was a very simple recipe and turned out very yummy. When I went to take a picture, our African Grey parrot, Red, hopped over and had to take a peek.

Red Bird Soup

Here’s the recipe:
2 cups water
1 garlic bullion (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 onion bullion (or 1/2 tsp onion powder)
1/2 small onion
1/2 cup frozen asian stir fry vegetables (it had carrots, snow peas, onion, and water chestnut)
1/2 (or more) noodles

Add water to pot and turn on heat. Add both bullions (or use garlic and onion powders). Cut up onion in large pieces. Once water is hot, add onion and asian vegetables. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Once they are done cooking, about 8 minutes, turn off the heat and enjoy!
